Renters are identity verified
Anybody booking your things verifies who they are through Stripe Identity before the booking goes through.
You approve every booking
Requests come to you with the dates. Message first, then accept the ones that work.
The deposit is held, not chased
You set it, we hold it for the rental, and it returns automatically when the item comes back as it left.
Before and after photos
Both sides photograph the item at pickup and at return. The condition is on the record, so nothing comes down to memory.
Payment is captured up front
The renter pays when they book. The money is held and released to you, so there is nothing to invoice or chase.
Disputes come to us
If the condition does not match, it goes to Kofa to resolve against the photos both sides took.
Payouts land in your bank
Connect your account once. Earnings arrive automatically after each rental completes.
You set the price and the dates
Your item, your rate, your availability. Take it down whenever you want.
